Explanation

• Frailty executes a monster, if and only if that target is below a specific threshold (either <15% or <18%).
• Frailty execution applies the maximum damage the d3 engine offers, namely 2¹²⁸ - screenshot.
• If you proc MfD:Grim Reaper on a Frailty target, it will apply 15% of ~2¹²⁸ Damage to all monsters within 20 Yards.
• This is enough damage to oneshot everything up to GR150 (max GR cap) - including the Rift Guardian (see the S2 video).

영어가 짧아 대충 해석해보면 

1 강령은 약화 - 요절룬 사용

2 약화 사용시 데미지

3 악사가 약화에 걸린 몹에 죽음의표식 - 사신의낫룬  사용

4 이정도 데미지면 모든게 원샷킬이다, 현재 대균 한계인 150단 보스도 충분하다

링크안의 내용을보면 2시즌때 절단기 버그를 이용해서 깨던것도 말하네요 

오래전 부터 하시던분들은 절단기 사건 잘 아실겁니다
