콩에 대한 정보가 없는대 테스트한 양반의 스팩이 진콩인지라...

굳이 진콩을 뺄 이유가 없지만 노콩일 수도 있습니다.


그리고 북미/유럽섭은 무기 내회가 100%라서 한섭의 70,90%와는 엄청나게 차이가 납니다.


굉장히 충격적인 결과가 나왔는대요.


* 마천 vs. 구악 -> 딜을 겁나 구겨넣어야하기 때문인지, 50핑이 실화가 아닌이상 마천이 의외로 좋지 않다고 합니다.

* 촉6기준 화검vs.번검은 화검이 번검보다 딜이 8% 더 높은대 이것은 소환사의 대지 vs. 바람과 거의 동일한 차이입니다. (다만 번검은 내력고자인대 북미/유럽은 내회가 쩔어서 내력이 빵빵합니다. 그러나 번검의 계수상향이 아직 한섭만 적용되었기 떄문에 그 점은 감안해야합니다.)

* 화검기준 시공3단과 촉마6단의 DPS가 사실상 동일합니다. 

* 촉마가 공허보다 훨씬 폭딜이 잘 나오지만,

* 의외로 촉마 랜덤 추뎀은 더럽게 안 터지는 것이 확인되었고

* 결국 최종 추뎀 총량은 공허가 촉마보다 커서

* 촉6과 시공3의 딜 차이가 4%에 불과하게 됩니다.

* 번검 화검 모두 발도를 최대한 구겨넣어야합니다. 발도 제대로 안 치면 DPS가 폭락합니다.

* 애초에 마천/파천 촉마/시공의 번검/화검의 격차를 놀라울정도로 줄이는 원인이 바로 이론상 가능한 발도횟수에 있다고 합니다.

* 다만 번검 테스트에서도 명화를 썼고, 번검이 쓸만한 창천 신공패는 파천비공패랑 같이 썼기 때문에 번검의 경우 마천과 구악의 차이가 굉장히 많이 날것 같습니다.

* 그런대 번검이 명화를 낄 경우 마천/구악 차이가 무의미합니다.

* 재미있게도 번검 vs. 화검 테스트는 명화+마천+촉6 기준입니다.



You have seen the theory. Now it is time to see the parses.

Weapons: Raven 6, Riftwalk 3

Accessories: Oath necklace 10, Eternity belt 10, Fire BT earring 10, Fire BT ring 10, Divine dragon bracelet

Theory:

  1. (fire) Riftwalk + 8 BT allow for 100% up time of dragon bracelet's +3.8 and pretty much 100% conflagration, in exchange for Raven's +2.55 and 50 elemental damage.

  2. (lightning) Same as fire. It is much harder to keep high fulmination uptime with Raven.

  3. One could make an argument for Riftwalk + Transcendence (C reset X) and that Searing slash's 25.2s cd is awkward for the 24s cd PW. The point of transcendence is that it allows for +4~5s of conflagration after PW, something you can already achieve with Magnum's V+C+tab+4+tab+X+V+C. The problem with Transcendence is it does not benefit from cd resets at all. With magnum: if you get a reset during PW, then that's a free transcendence; if you get a reset outside of PW, then that's a new set of tab+4+tab+3+tab.

Test: F12 turtle, ~10x runs of each. Tests do not count if you get disabled (knocked down, knocked back) or if you miss the second C during V. The really bad ones are removed (for example, if a fire build test goes into the third soul proc). The exceptionally good ones are separated and are not counted towards the average.

Testers: tungmath/Mhysa (all 6, ping 100-120), SaberSenpai/Kishiohime (fire 4, ping 80-100). There are some key differences that you can see from the results.

  1. Revelation vs Pulse. This is the most striking result and applies to everyone. If you have godly and stable ping, then Pulse > Revelation. If you have pleb and unstable ping, then Revelation > Pulse. With better ping, you are able to guarantee 8 DTs/tab which benefits more from the pulse bonus and results in less tab downtime. The filler echo/4lb+3rb are also more stable. Note the extra 0.022-0.026 dt/s between the two tests.

  2. Riftwalk vs Raven Additional damage. This is the second most striking result. Riftwalk does so much more than Raven in terms of additional damage. Note some of those are from earring + gem, which makes the % difference even bigger. For example, earring + gem do about 1800 AD per crit. At 2 hits per second, we estimate 3.5k AD/s from them. Then Raven (with Revelation and Mhysa test) does 5.7k AD/s while Riftwalk does 10.6k - almost double that of Raven. Mind-blown moment: Raven needs resets for skill resets, Riftwalk needs resets for Skyshatter AD procs.

  3. Raven vs Riftwalk for lightning. They are hilariously close: 168955 vs 168989. Once again, we see Riftwalk doing significantly more AD than Raven. Riftwalk has lower anicancel speed because there are a lot of other skills you need to use, which cut down the time available to anicancel lb-rb. I underestimated all these extra casts in my earlier theory-post. The extra fulminations from Riftwalk do not cover the Raven boosts. We also need the extra ADs.

  4. Riftwalk Revelation vs Pulse. They are much closer (0.3k dps) in test 1 (higher ping) for Riftwalk than for Raven, while the gap (4k dps) is bigger in test 2 (lower ping). Without the +2.55 base from Raven 6, the +1.5 from Pulse becomes more important while the extra conflagration from Revelation does less per hit and is much less essential when PW has such a low cd.

  5. Raven vs Riftwalk for fire. The difference is less than 4%. Riftwalk actually does not gain that much in terms of dt/s: 0.03-0.04 in test 1. Once again, the extra AD is in play here. Since Riftwalk is only stage 3 while Raven is stage 6, there is also the difference between Riftwalk 3 and Riftwalk 6 in terms of AP buff (22 vs 24), Skyshatter buff (4800% vs 5200%), and proc chance. For how much less expensive Riftwalk is compared to Raven, this <4% difference is insignificant.

  6. Riftwalk procs slightly more. The Riftwalk parses have higher crit % on RB than the Raven parses (about 2% more for Revelation). I believe this is because Riftwalk procs more often than Raven, as was also experienced during the testing.

  7. Riftwalk is harder to play. This is not directly shown in the parses. Riftwalk does much less damage outside of dragon buff, which forces you to try to use the second C at the last possible moment, and that increases the risk of it not coming out at all. This is even more so in lightning build, because you need the dragon buff + fulmination. It will also take some time to get used to the 24s PW. Even if you have conflagration/fulmination up, the moment V is back, you have to use it. There are a lot of micromanagement involved. Note in test 2, Riftwalk actually has less dt/s than Raven. This is mostly due to the tester not being used to the Riftwalk rotation.

  8. Flickers matter. Comparing the two Riftwalk + Revelation tests, we see that it makes no sense that the two tests are doing basically the same dps when test 1 has 3k more DT average/s and 1k less AD/s. That is until you notice the 16 extra flickers in test 2, which translate into 2k dps. So if your ping allows you to be more yolo/minmax, you can try to include more flicker anicancel into 4/x/tab: 4+LB, x+LB, LB+Tab.

  9. Riftwalk has less burst than Raven. This is quite obvious, especially when you are in a team with sb+bb. The +2.55 from Raven gets boosted by all the extra crit damage. For many bosses, for example Raven King or Naryu Sanctum first boss, you are supposed to do burst -> kill add -> burst. Raven will win out.

  10. Fire vs Lightning. Finally, the First Question, the oldest question in the universe, that must never be answered, hidden in plain sight. Doctor wh..at? 8%. With all these items, focus is no longer an issue for lightning. Lightning loses on the lower multiplier, which the current KR patch solves. In practice, with sb+bb, fire will pull ahead due to nonstop Awakened RB while lightning has to anicancel Awakened RB with normal LB. Now that WLs get 2 SB skills, perhaps we will get our Awakened flicker back too at some point.
