- updated crosshairs: Ruler, Circle, Battlefield, RoughNecks, Minimalistic Blue, Assasin, Blue Light, J1mbo v3 PL

- removed XVM option: Show HP dynamic circles on the minimap [obsolete, since they're available in the game client now]

- removed tank skins: T34 Heavy, AMX 40 Alien [outdated, and based on xml script]
