블리자드 엔터테인먼트의 국내 지사인 블리자드 코리아는 11월 15일까지 Assistant eSports manager 부문 신규 사원 모집을 실시한다.
이번 신규 사원 채용은 경력 정규직으로 온/오프라인 e스포츠 대회 운영과 글로벌 대회 이벤트 참여, 타사와의 공동 작업과 관련한 업무를 수행하게 되며, 이를 위해 블리자드 게임과 관련한 열정과 지식, 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 능력과 영어 구사 능력 등을 요구사항으로 하고 있다.
전형 방식은 2013년 11월 15일까지 이력서를 제출처(jiwoong.hwang@blizzard.com)로 보내면 1차 서류전형 통과자에 한해 개별 연락이 이뤄지며, 2차 면접전형을 통해 채용 여부가 결정된다.
스타크래프트 시리즈와 워크래프트 시리즈, 디아블로 시리즈 등 다양한 게임으로 국내에도 널리 알려진 블리자드 엔터테인먼트는 오는 11월 8일과 9일 자사의 게임 축제인 블리즈컨 2013을 진행할 예정이며, 현재 국내에서 하스스톤 비공개 베타 테스트를 진행 중에 있다.

In addition to being familiar with the e-Sports market in Korea, this individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to manage multi tasks in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is able to interface effectively with business partners.
[ Responsibilities ]
- Work closely with eSports manager for efficient team operations.
- Manage on/offline tournament operation.
- Participate in yearly tournament event of all Blizzard Entertainment titles with global teams.
- Collaborate with plan and strategy of e-Sports.
- Support managing relationship with third parties.
- Negotiate and collaborate with vendors and sponsors.
[ Requirements ]
- Strong passion and knowledge for all Blizzard game titles as well as the competitive gaming industry
- Capability for event planning and operation
- Willingness and ability to travel and work holidays
- Strong communications & negotiation skills
- Professional mind and strong time-management skill
- Language ability in English
- Ability to execute good independent judgment and discretion
- Available for occasional international travel and holiday working
- Proficiency in MS office
