The splash art for Battle Queen Diana Prestige Edition is now on the PBE!

Skin Tweaks

Riot KateyKhaos noted an Elderwood Rakan texture change now on the PBE for testing:
"Elderwood Rakan's receiving a texture tweak to tie him in with Xayah, as suggested in PBE feedback."

Balance Changes

  • Molten Shield (E) movespeed lowered from [30-60% based on level] to [20-50% based on level]

  • Dancing Grenade (Q) total AD ratio lowered from 45/52.5/60/67.5/75% to 35/42.5/50/57.5/65%

  • Base MR lowered from 34 to 30
  • Starfire Spellblade (E)
    • Passive AP ratio lowered from 25% to 20%

  • Base armor lowered from 38 to 35
  • Reaping Slash (Q) 
    • cooldown increased from 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 to 7/6.5/6/5.5/5
    • damage lowered from 75/95/115/135/155 to 65/85/105/125/145

  • Aegis Assault (E) Mortal Will shield slam movement speed duration increased from 1s to 1.5s

  • Flair (Q)
    • [New] Now notes "can apply lifesteal at 66.6% effectiveness"
  • Inferno Trigger (R)
    • [New] Now notes "each shot dealing physical damage and applying lifesteal at 66.6% effectiveness."

  • Base armor reverted from 24 to 20
  • Armor per level reverted from 3.25 to 3.5

  • Ambush (Q) attack speed increased from 30/35/40/45/50% to 40/45/50/55/60%
  • Venom Cask (W)
    • Movement speed slow increased from 25/30/35/40/45% to 30/35/40/45/50%
  • Spray and Pray (R)
    • AD increased from 20/30/40 to 25/40/55

Infinity Edge
  • Perfection passive changed from "Gain an additional 8% Critical Strike Damage per 20% Critical Strike Chance." to "If you have at least 60% Critical Strike Chance, gain 35% Critical Strike Damage."

  • Passive Shock now notes "When targeting champions, physical damage Ability strikes and Attacks"

Zeke's Convergence
  • Health lowered from 300 to 250
  • Armor lowered from 30 to 25
  • Convergence passive duration increased from 4s to 8s

Sunfire Aegis
  • Combine cost lowered from 700 to 600
    • Total cost unchanged
  • Health lowered from 450 to 350
  • Immolate passive damage against monsters lowered from 150% to 100%

Guinsoo's Rageblade
  • Wrath passive changed from "Attacks apply 40 physical damage On-Hit per 20% of your Critical Strike Chance, but you can no longer critically strike." to "Your Critical Strike Chance is converted into On-Hit damage. Gain 40 On-Hit for each 20% Critical Strike Chance converted."

Bami's Cinder
  • Immolate passive damage against monsters lowered from 50% to 25%
  • Combine cost increased from 200 to 300
  • Total cost increased from 1000 to 1100

Frostfire Gauntlet
  • Mythic passive size lowered from 7.5% to 6%
  • Combine cost lowered from 950 to 850
    • Total cost unchanged

Turbo Chemtank
  • Active slow duration lowered from 2s to 1.5s
  • Combine cost lowered from 1000 to 900
    • Total cost unchanged

  • AD increased from 55 to 60

Kraken Slayer
  • AD increased from 65 to 70

Immortal Shieldbow
  • AD increased from 50 to 55

The Collector
  • [New] Now notes "Dealing damage that would leave an enemy champion below 5% Health executes them."

  • Wrath passive changed from "Attacks apply 35 physical damageOn-Hit per 20% of your Critical Strike Chance, but you can no longer Critically Strike." to "Your Critical Strike Chance is converted into On-Hit damage. Gain 35On-Hit for each 20% Critical Strike Chance converted."

Duskblade of Draktharr
  • Nightstalker passive now notes "If dealt by a Melee champion, this Attack also Slows the target by 99% for 0.25 seconds."

TFT Traits
  • 3 unit armor increased from 15 to 20
  • 6 unit armor increased from 25 to 30

  • 4 unit shield lowered from 250 to 225
  • 6 unit shield duration lowered from 14 to 12

  • 4 unit Dusk spell power lowered from 50% to 45%
  • 6 unit Dusk spell power lowered from 70% to 60%

TFT Champions

Tier 1
  • Ability damage lowered from 350/450/600/800 to350/450/550/700
  • Ability secondary damage lowered from 175/225/300/450 to 175/225/275/350

  • Ability orbs lowered from 4/5/6/9 to 4/5/6/8

Jarvan IV
  • Ability damage lowered from 175/250/750 to 150/225/650

  • Ability AD steal lowered from 30/35/40% to 25/30/35%

  • Ability damage increased from 350/500/1400 to 350/600/1500

  • Damage reverted from 475/650/950 to 450/600/900

Tier 4
  • Ability AD percent increased from 200/200/250% to 200/210/250%

  • Armor & MR reduction lowered from 80% to 60%
