I purchased the Starter Pack codes for Heroes of the Storm from you and got the codes just then. 

However, some codes could not be redeemed, telling me that those keys have already been used. 

I would like to request new codes for the following items:

Sonya

키가 이미 등록된 것일 경우와 자기가 이미 갖고 있을 경우 에러 메시지가 다를겁니다. 고로 그걸 가지고 찍어서 보내보세요.
