- re-added Sounds instead of crew voices

- removed: Garage: Customization

- known issues caused by mods: inability to click on the minimap [most likely it's bugged XVM minimap]

- known issues caused by the game update: various problems regarding tank silhouette (wrong colors, delays etc.)
