담당 업무
워게이밍 고객 지원은 자사 게임을 이용하시는 고객님들께 서비스 이용에 필요한 정보를 제공하며, 회사와 고객간의 커뮤니케이션을 담당합니다. 서비스 이용 중 발생하는 계정, 결제, 기술, 게임 컨텐츠 등 다양한 문의에 대한 상담을 진행하고 문제 해결을 위한 가이드를 제공하는 역할을 수행합니다.

Content Lead
Until employed
Responsibilities
  • Taking a lead role in web site operation and development of the content.
  • Communicate web content requirement with internal, external teams and HQ.
  • KR specific content development and quality control.
  • Using web content management systems to analysis website usage statistics.
  • UI and layout development support for internal teams.
  • Web content publishing planning according to team road map.

Requirement
  • A Minimum 4+ years of experience as a web planner, UI designer, project manager or similar
  • Experience creating, editing, staging, and publishing pages using a content management system.
  • Good understanding of web and game industry.
  • Strong ability to create web page UI and layout for online activity.
  • Ability to prioritize work and improve processes.
  • Fluent in written and read English
  • Open-minded, friendly, and positive attitude.
Pluses
  • Knowledge of web development related tools. (JIRA, CMS or similar)
  • Interesting in Military historical content.
  • Experienced adobe products: MUSE, EDGE, After Effect and Illustrator.
  • Previous experience in a web agency environment.
Senior Content Designer
Until employed
Responsibilities
  • Web design: create online asset, animated banners, DM, for online campaigns.
  • Image Localization: support to localize HQ output.
  • Quality control the external/internal design output based on WG design style guide.
  • Communication with HQ/ASIA art team for design quality maintaining.
Employment condition
  • Permanent employee
Requirement
  • Excellent web design skill with Adobe products. (specifically Photoshop and motion graphic in Flash)
  • Experience working web site conceptualization and development.
  • Open-minded, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
Pluses
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency using Adobe products: MUSE, EDGE, After Effect and Illustrator.
  • Experience Flash action script
  • Previous experience in a web agency environment.
  • Creating page development skill using HTML5
