      • W had a few unused data values removed that imply a scrapped mechanic to gain additional shielding based on some unknown condition (possibly hitting champions with the damage?)
      • W "missile width":  100 --> 200
        • not really sure what this means in the context of this spell, the way it's set up doesn't make sense for the shockwave to be using missiles rather than something more like Zyra ult with an increasing damage radius
        • possible it's getting repurposed as a sort of inner and outer radius value, like a growing Darius Q, so that it still simulates a travel time and can be Flashed over instead of being a persistent aoe like Zyra ult
        • if so, then this change might help prevent people walking straight through the shockwave without being hit
      • slow:  30%-50% --> 20%-40%
      • cost:  30 constant --> 40-60
      • can now move during cast time
    • E:
      • cost:  50 constant --> 50-70
    • R:
      • a variable that normally influences Flash/dash/displacement combo behavior (i.e. Ezreal Q flash starting from his new location but Ezreal R flash starting at the old location) was toggled on for Skarner R, however he's already locked out of Flashing and is already immune to displacement while casting, so I'm not entirely sure what the idea is

Diana

  • P tooltip updated to reflect the 14.6 duration changes, now using a data value instead of a hardcoded "3" (the actual effect was already working as intended)

  • P attack AP scaling:  40% --> 50%
  • W min charge damage AP scaling:  30% --> 35%
    • max charge damage is still x3.0 these values (90% --> 105%)

Karma

  • Q / RQ:
    • migrated to use data values instead of effect amounts
  • W / RW:
    • migrated to use data values instead of effect amounts
  • E / RE:
    • migrated to use data values instead of effect amounts
    • RE secondary targets now receive 85% of the extra shield value instead of 30% of the total shield value
    • RE secondary targets speed value unchanged (12%, aka x0.3 of the primary target's 40%)

Kayn

  • Q non-red damage bAD scaling:  80% --> 85%

Kog'Maw

  • E tooltip updated to reflect the 14.5 slow changes, was using the proper data value instead of an outdated effect amount
