고대신 발매 이전(4월 27일 이전)에 카드 획득 조건을 충족하고 웹 문의 보내면

카드를 만들 수 있는 가루를 제공해준다고 하네요! (위 링크 참조)

Update for those interested:
The system seems to be that a customer service agent will
1. verify you have the cards required for the reward you are after
2. grant you dust which can be used to craft the card when the patch goes live
an interesting work around.
