업뎃내용:

- added Selected tank highlighter: yellow & red frame
- added Colored Base Circles: black-white
- added French crew voices by Kyphros
- added ability to install Change default voices together with Crew Voice Selector
- due to above change mods in the other crew voices must be selected again
- updated Change default voices [added Buffon, Valkirie 1/2]
- updated Crew Voice Selector [added Buffon, Valkirie 1/2, fixed USA/IT]
- XVM option remove country flags and xvm icons split into two separate opions

* World of Tanks 1.0.1.1 nanopatch 2
* changed structure of the settings cache files, need to re-configure the filters and tanks in reserve.
