[2.5.0 PTR] Manald Heal Nerf - Comparing MH proc rates with AT:SD (2.4.3 vs 2.5.0 PTR)

RESULTS:
Found that proc rate has NOT been adjusted.
However, window of time at which MH is allowed to proc when paralysis occurs has been adjusted down from 1.5s to 1.125s (-25%) for AT:SD.

What does this mean? In general, 2-3 GR level decrease for AT:SD. So Tal AT:SD will be somewhere in the 91+ range in 2.5.0 instead of 94+, as it is in 2.4.3.

AT:SD 를 사용한 테스트 결과 MH 윈도우 길이가 25% 감소하였음이 확인되었습니다. 
따라서 최대 대균 단수로 2~3 레벨 정도가 너프 된 것으로, 이전 법게 분석과 같다고 보시면 됩니다.
