We'll have more info and updates on fulfillment very soon (we have shipped about 1500 orders in the USA thus far, the first UK container has arrived!), but we wanted to let you know that we're doing a Q&A and Rage of Tyranny gameplay livestream over on our YouTube channel, and it begins in just 30 or so minutes (10:45 CDT).
