업그레이드에 따른 각종 발동률 질문에대해 CM의 답변내용은

 

There may be an increase to activation/proc rates due to increases in secondary stats but the Legendary Cloak's base activation/proc rate does not increase when upgraded. You can see the activation rates both before and after the upgrade from the item upgrade NPC.

 

업그레이드에 따른 2차스탯(여기서는 주로 가속)의 증가로 약간의 발동률증가는 있을 수 있지만 전설망토자체의 기준 발동률은 망토가 업그레이드되어도 달라지지 않을 것입니다.  아이템강화 NPC에게서 강화하면서 발동률의 강화 전 후의 차이를 보실 수 있을것입니다.
