[살게라스의 피]는 드군의 [지옥오염물] (아이템 링크)과 유사한 제작 재료 아이템입니다. 채집 전문 기술을 통해서만 낮은 확률로 얻거나 일부 전역 퀘스트 보상으로 획득할 수 있었으며, 획득 시 귀속입니다.

대량의 살게라스의 피를 모으기 위해서는 채집 전문 기술이 반드시 필요하기 때문에 제작 전문 기술만 두 개 배운 유저들이 크게 반발하였고, 해당 피드백을 수용해 살게라스의 피의 획득 방법이 다양해지고 있습니다.
