1번은 주시차단으로 알고 있고 (맞나요?)

2번은 타겟에게 차단하고 채팅 나오는걸로 알고있습니다.

1, 2번을 합쳐 주시차단하면서 차단 성공 유무 채팅 나오게 가능할까요?
