PvE

1. 화법 (화염구) 18-53-0
Consistent damage throughout longer fight lengths.
Heavy AoE Burst if packs live long enough from Firestarter.
Can provide Scorch Debuff if there's no Improved Shadow Bold debuff from group/raid.



2. 화법 (얼음불꽃 화살) 0-54-17
Good early spec as it requires less hit than Fire.
Has Firestarter for AoE Burst if packs live long enough.
Consistent damage throughout any fight length.
Can provide Scorch Debuff if there's no Improved Shadow Bold debuff from group/raid.



3. 냉법 (얼음화살) 18-0-53
Provides Mana regeneration to raid through Enduring Winter.
Consistent damage throughout any fight length.



4. 비법 (비전작렬) 56-3-12
Very front-loaded burst damage spec. 
Provides Arcane Empowerment to raid and Focus Magic to a friendly target for 3% Crit for both targets.
Can take Arcane Stability if there's a lot of pushback but not advised.
Flex points from Student of the Mind towards Incanter's absorption for AoE or shorter fights.
Can take Arcane Barrage as RNG protection if going against long length fights.




PvP

Strengths: Burst damage, control, not too gear dependent.
Weaknesses: Some reliance on hard casted frostbolts and water elemental to be effective.

Note: Move flex points out of Clearcasting if you think you won't have mana issues. Move flex points out of Torment the Weak if your comp doesn't play with a reliable slow or debuff protection.
