Get Gushing Wound. Every corruption is nerfed by 50% except for Void Ritual which is nerfed by 75% and Twilight Devastation which is nerfed by 70% in PvP 🟣 The Lesser Gushing Wound will do about 1% - 1.2% damage overall. The Greater Rune will be available next week and does 70% more damage (so about 1.7% - 2% overall in PvP). Remember that Corruptions are Warbound, so just farm them on your main and send them to your alts.
