- The overall power gain of the Belt at 701 iLvl is around 1.5-3% depending on spec and situation.
- Charged Bolts for Single-Target/Raiding, Spark Burst for everything else. For all specs - the Haste one is tuned higher than the others, so it beats even the Crit one for MM, slightly. If you want a "set-and-forget" and never swap, pick Spark Burst.
