This spec is overall the worst spec to bring to a raid as you and your party miss out on  Trueshot Aura and the talents themselves make you lose out on some damage. Unless you are geared in Naxxramas gear to take the full effect of  Lightning Reflexes this spec isn't worth playing, and even at that point you are gaining personal DPS, but the overall damage of the group will be lower due to not having  Trueshot Aura. Meaning the raid will take longer at the expense of your DPS looking better. This spec can be fun, doing high numbers and beating classes you generally wouldn't but like I said, it is for late game, and you might be frowned upon for playing it.
