3. 수습기간 (Trials)

3주 / 약 6회 레이드

이 기간 동안 정식 공대원으로 받아들일지 평가

다음 6가지 항목을 평가한다고 명시되어 있어.

  2. Performance: 레이드 수행 능력

  3. Preparation: 공략과 장비 준비 상태

  4. Communication: 의사소통 능력

  5. Attitude: 태도 및 피드백 수용

  6. Overall Fit: 길드와의 전반적인 적합성

수습기간에 공대룰 규칙에 따라서 루팅이 가능함

WHO ARE WE?
We are a progression-focused, team-oriented guild built around improvement, accountability, and respect. Our goal is to clear content efficiently while maintaining a community where people enjoy playing together and everyone contributes to the success of the team.
RAID SCHEDULE
Progression :: Tuesday / Thursday / Sunday :: 7:00–10:00 PM CST
Normal/Farm Schedule :: Tuesday / Thursday :: 7:00–10:00 PM CST
Sunday raids are primarily reserved for progression when additional raid time is needed.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Represent the guild well both in-game and within the wider community.
No toxicity, harassment, racism, hate speech, or unnecessary drama.
Keep political and religious discussions out of guild spaces.
Do not publicly trash other guilds or players.
Handle personal conflicts privately. If an issue cannot be resolved, bring it to guild leadership.
Please set your Discord nickname to match your main character’s in-game name.

RAIDER EXPECTATIONS
You must be in Discord during raids and able to hear raid communication. A working microphone is required. You are not expected to speak regularly, but you must be able to communicate verbally when needed during an encounter.
Come to raid fully prepared with all required consumables, enchants, and an appropriate raid-ready spec.
Know the encounters and be prepared for your assigned responsibilities.
Do your assigned role and trust your teammates to do theirs. Play for the success of the raid, not individual parses.
Be receptive to constructive feedback and willing to improve when needed.

TRIALS
The trial period is 3 weeks, or approximately 6 raid nights.
Research all fights and come prepared for each raid.
Trials are eligible for loot under the rules outlined in the Loot System section.
Attendance, performance, preparation, communication, attitude, and overall fit with the guild will all be considered during the trial period.
Communicate any absences as early as possible.
