와우헤드에도 EP값에 대한 내용이 없어서 구글링 해봤습니다. 
정신력이 특성+어둠의 문양 덕분에 ep값이 많이 올랐네요.
소리분엔 어둠문양이없으므로 0.3 정도로 보면 될 것 같습니다.

Hit rating = 1.88 spell power (when not hit capped) 
Spell power = 1 spell power 
Haste rating = 0.98 spell power 
Critical strike rating = 0.76 spell power 
Spirit = 0.59 spell power 
Intellect = 0.22 spell power
