기능은 마우스오버 대상에게 마주걸고 대상에게 귓말로 알림 "마력주입 시전자 -> 대상자" 입니다.
/use 13 부분은 사효 장신구 동시에 쓰는건데 본인 장비칸에 맞게 바꾸시면됩니다.
